LEEF Foundation Tropical Sweet Summer Bar

Dear all,

You are invited to LEEF Foundation's ‘Tropical Sweet Bar’ at the Gemeenteplein in Hoeilaart. Our event takes on the weekend from Friday, July 30th - Sunday, August 1st, 2021. The terrace is open from 11 am – 2 pm and from 4 pm – 11 pm. Come and enjoy our tropical specials: citrus-strawberry lemonade, punch (drink), smoothies, cocktails, cupcakes, muffins, chocolate cake, coconut cake, and more goodies. Other drinks are available such as beer, soda, fair trade wine, fruit juice, coffee, and tea. There is a live jazz/rhythm and blues performance by Erica Sewsanker on Saturday and Sunday from 7 pm – 8 pm.

On Sunday afternoon, there is a kids workshop - African dance and music for children aged 5 -12 years given by Divine Diangan. It starts at 4 pm and ends at 5 pm followed by a stage performance by the children who will show you their new dance with the coach. The jazz performances and workshops are free, but you can always support our project (building a school in Liberia) with a free contribution. If your child(ren) wants to follow the workshop, we recommend that you register by sending an email to leef.foundation@gmail.com or a text or Whatsapp to 0494436475. By registering, we can ensure that there are enough monitors/supervisors available. The parents, grandparents, neighbors, and friends are invited to the kid's performance around 5:30 pm. Drinks and snacks are available on site.
