For the first time, LEEF organized a free summer school held from Monday, August 7, 2023, to August 19, 2023. The free summer school was open to old students and the residents of Lee Hill Community and its environs. The idea was welcomed and embraced by the parents and students; we had a successful two weeks and a massive turnout of approximately 400 students from nursery to grade 8.
The objective of the summer school was to help our students develop skill sets for their return to school for the new academic year. The courses taught were Language Arts, Math, and Science, and the day ended with sports and free play. As this was a huge success, we look forward to organizing a yearly summer school program.
