Teaching is not merely a profession - but an art that requires skill, intuition, and the ability for the teacher to connect with the students. Each student is unique and learns in different ways. And this is why we find it of utmost importance to make learning a continuous process for our staff to keep abreast with the changes. LEEF organizes regular teacher/staff training workshops.
This year, LEEF Staff Workshop was from August 3 - 4, 2023. Topics covered were Teaching Skills, Child Protection, Classroom Management, Professional Ethics and behavior, and Lesson Planning. It was a great experience to have a meaningful exchange on the topics covered. LEEF school remain committed to equipping its staff with the necessary tool to deliver quality work and teaching. LEEF remains grateful to its staff for their participation and commitment. At the end of the workshop, all staff signed the child protection policy.
